What to include for product support
- The Hold Me To It app version and build number shown in Settings.
- Your iOS version and iPhone model.
- The feature or setup step you were using.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Whether notifications or microphone permission were allowed, denied, or unknown, if relevant.
What not to send
Do not email your personal goal, urge ratings, reflection text, recording or audio file, local export, selected-app name, financial information, password, Apple credentials, verification code, government identifier, medical record, or another person’s private information.
Email is processed by Google Workspace and is not the same as the app’s local-only storage.
